How we handle your information
Who we are
solayogawear.com ("SŌLA Studio") is operated by 义乌市瑜缔电子商务 (Yiwu Yudi E-Commerce), Qiaoxi Village, Fotang Town, Yiwu, Zhejiang 322002, China. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you place an order, contact customer care or join our email list. This can include your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details and support messages.
Payments
Payments are completed on PayPal. SŌLA Studio does not receive or store your full card number. PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
How we use information
We use information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain inventory, meet legal obligations and send marketing only when you subscribe.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare for website hosting and security, Supabase for store data, PayPal for payments and Google Analytics to measure how the store is used. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services.
Local storage and cookies
The store uses essential browser storage for your bag, saved items and admin security. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to produce aggregate statistics such as which pages are visited and where visitors arrive from. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can block these cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to shop.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, use the customer care form or email support@solayogawear.com and choose the most relevant topic.
Terms of online purchase
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in USD. Payment is taken in full at the time you place the order, through PayPal. An order is accepted after PayPal confirms payment and you receive an order confirmation. The price shown is the total you pay — shipping is included and no additional fees are added at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing, availability or fraud-prevention error.
Shipping
During launch, United States orders use Standard shipping only. Standard shipping is included in the listed product prices and no additional shipping charge is added at checkout. Estimated delivery is 7–10 days and is not a guarantee. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Use the customer care form to request instructions. We do not charge a restocking fee. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued to the original PayPal payment method within 10 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives defective or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.
Product information
We aim to present colors, measurements and descriptions accurately. Screen settings and production batches can cause small visual differences.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or use automated systems to abuse inventory, customer care or promotional services.
Changes
We may update these terms as the store and applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
